Help Desk / Service Center Services

iComm360 Help Desk / Service Center Services provides common help desk and related computer issues through our 24 x 7 call center. The iComm360 Help Desk / Service Center services it designed to provide first level support for all your technology-related inquiries. This service is also designed to escalate second and third level support calls to our team of engineers.

General questions will be recorded in our call logging system and assigned to he Help Desk. Either one of our Analyst or Engineers will respond during regularly scheduled hours of operations. After business hours, emergency calls will be received, logged and an engineer will be notified.


At iComm360, we pride ourselves on our ability to solve your problems and answer many of your questions on the first call. If our experts are not able to quickly resolve the problem we immediately escalate the issue and, if necessary, dispatch an engineer to your site. In addition, your employees can call the help desk directly any time they have an IT question or problem.
